The olive farm of Pan di Mondo cultivates over 130 acres of olive trees in the silver-green heart of Umbria, from Trevi to Spello, on the hills which surround Foligno’s valley.
The roots of agricultural knowledge handed down by grandfather Giovanni Calvani are honored and renewed by the whole family, in particular by his son Fausto and his grandson Piergiovanni. The landscape and climate, which are especially favorable for olive trees, naturally espouse organic farming and eliminate the need for any chemicals.
Harvesting the fruit by hand, accurate timing choices during each step of the production process, along with the innovations derived from modern cold-extraction technology at the oil mill and best professional practices in storage and bottling processes, allow us to express our passion for sharing the pure excellence of nature.
