Improving our farming tradition is the best way to honor it, with continuous research and deep passion for the work. Only in loving what we do we can do great things other people will love.
Respect is the basic ingredient: for the land, for our fellow man, for future generations. Hence this project has truly organic origins. Dedicated to a path, often steeper than others, we renew our relationship with territory and tradition.

“Pan”, in ancient Greek mythology,
was the god of shepherds, flocks and wilderness.
Also, “Pan(-e)” is Italian for bread.
In the Mediterranean culture,
it is synonymous with physical
or spiritual nourishment.
